Added ch3.tex somewhat ahead of schedule :-)
It's wobbling along rather happily currently, although it seems to be
taking me around two hours to write my daily 1667 word quota, which is
going to be tricky to maintain when I have to factor in work and all the
other stuff I do during the week.
So far so good, though.
