I feel like I'm more or less on the home straight now, which is perhaps a little premature given that I've got something like 20% of the wordcount yet to account for. But I think I know what I'm going to be saying for those words, in roughly what order, and that's quite a powerful motivating force.
Now it's time to have some nice Sunday evening foods (like a bowl of porridge and a nice crunchy apple and a big cup of tea), and watch some disgusting Sunday evening television (like Top Gear and maybe Under Siege on Film4).
I think I've earned it this weekend :-)

I was planning to do plenty of writing over the weekend so as to get a good
stash to carry me though next week but I've not written anything yet today.
I think the problem is that I've got to a bit of a slack spot in the plot -
I've kind of reached the end of my planning :-(

stuck back in.

Nano days 12 and 13 (morning).
Took the laptop on the train for the last couple of days: it allows
me to get at least two twenty-five minute writing sessions out of the
day's commute. On Wednesday this, along with a half hour spent sitting
on the metal chairs in Leeds station, allowed me to get around 1200 words
squared away despite spending all evening drumming.
